INTEGRITY WELDING

       precision miniature welding

This picture is of a core before an entirely new feature was created with weld. Below is a picture of the core after welding.

This feature was created according to supplied prints and 3d geometry. It had .015"-.020" of additional weld all around in order to remachine after welding.

This picture shows a pad feature made out of weld. Notice the rhythmic pattern of the weld. This represents a weld process which is controlled and consistent. Beware of a weld which appears "smooth" when you get it back. That usually represents a weld which has been "wet out" or re-liquified after the material was applied. It looks good, but it's metallurgically damaging and can dramatically reduce the wearability and longevity of the applied weld.

This picture shows a parting line welded to correct damage. Again notice the rhythmic pattern of the applied material indicating a controlled and consistent weld process.
